Job Summary
Coordinate with the management team to train staff on culinary and wine programs while ensuring accurate sales forecasting for proper staffing. Participate in financial meetings to meet goals, maintain a safe and pristine restaurant environment, and lead staff toward hospitality excellence. Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members, remain hands-on during service times, and support operations where needed. Requires current upscale full-service restaurant manager experience, strong knowledge of safety protocols, and natural leadership ability.
