Job Summary
Restaurant Manager needed to lead a front-of-house team at aHigh-End, Modern Spanish restaurant in Austin. Hands-on leader in a high-volume, premium environment with a focus on guest relations, service excellence, and financial acumen. Responsibilities include mentoring servers/bartenders/hosts, maintaining impeccable service standards, managing labor costs and beverage margins, overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring health and safety standards, hiring, ongoing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Requirements include 3–5 years of restaurant management in upscale settings, a proven tenure with prior employers, hospitality mindset with knowledge of premium wine and cuisine, and proficiency with POS systems and P&L/inventory tools.
