Job Summary
Restaurant Manager role overseeing high-volume upscale dining, including leading front-of-house flow, partnering with kitchen, mentoring a team, managing inventory and labor, and ensuring hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction during peak hours. Responsible for training and coaching staff, maintaining service standards, and driving operational efficiency to deliver a world-class guest experience in a fast-paced upscale setting. Compensation includes a $75K base salary plus performance bonus and benefits. Location-based in Miami, FL with on-site responsibilities.
