Job Summary
Restaurant Manager for a high-volume chef-driven restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. You will lead staff to deliver hospitality excellence, oversee wine program, participate in management financial meetings, and ensure staffing through accurate sales forecasting. Responsibilities include staff training with the culinary and wine program, hiring and onboarding new team members, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and being hands-on on the floor during service times. Requires current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale full-service setting, strong leadership and references, and a passion for wine.
