Restaurant Manager

Coordinate, support, and deliver exceptional beverage and dining service for travelers while maintaining a positive work environment. Lead, coordinate, motivate, train, and evaluate restaurant and bar staff. Monitor beverage and dining service standards, ensure hygiene and maintenance of service areas, and manage ordering, margins, POS transactions, cost, and stock control. Handle and resolve traveler concerns. Perform any other duties advised by the Hotel Manager.
