Job Summary
Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities while delivering excellent guest and employee experiences. Lead the team by combining passion for people with restaurant management skills to drive business results. Provide home office support and guidance to team members, ensuring care and hospitality shine through consistent leadership. Manage 50 hours weekly across five 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be fluent in English
