Restaurant Manager

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both font-and back-of-house operations, coach and develop the team, manage inventory, and deliver a guest experience that reflects country hospitality. You’ll balance operational focus with people-first leadership, ensure smooth kitchen flow and front-of-house service, and drive a positive work environment. The role requires 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience, the ability to work approximately 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.
