Job Summary
Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities as a Restaurant Associate Manager. Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. Provide leadership and support to team members, ensuring care and hospitality shine across the dining floor. Maintain daily guest interactions and manage internal team dynamics. Work 50 hours weekly, including holidays and weekends, with home office support available 24/7.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be fluent in English
