Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities while delivering excellent guest and employee experiences. Manage 50 hours weekly across five 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed, with 24/7 home office support available. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
