Job Summary
Supervise daily restaurant operations, manage all day-to-day activities, and assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Maintain service and sanitation standards across the restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas while reviewing staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives. Lead the food and beverage team by coaching, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with all food handling, liquor laws, and applicable regulations. Handle guest complaints, solicit feedback, and oversee departmental financial aspects including purchasing and invoice payments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
