Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees by communicating expectations, planning shifts, and providing coaching and feedback. Deliver a great guest experience through quality products, fast service, and a clean environment while ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain brand standards, execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs, control costs, and track sales goals to maximize profitability. Complete audits to drive system improvements and resolve operational issues. Work in a family-owned franchise network with 200+ locations across six states.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Must be 18+ years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
