Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Refuel operating a quick-service restaurant: drive guest experience by ensuring hot, fresh, and delicious products; lead and develop restaurant staff; enforce food safety standards; manage inventory and scheduling to meet budgeted hours without overtime; conduct cash audits and balance daily close-out paperwork; recruit and staff to meet operational needs; enforce vendor check-in policies and ensure proper receipt of merchandise; uphold company policies and procedures; travel up to 10% and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ experience managing a quick-service restaurant
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Travel up to 10%
- Food service/safety experience
