Restaurant Manager - Chinese Restaurant

Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day restaurant and bar/room service operations; leads and coaches a team to maintain sanitation standards, execute menu planning, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and deliver exceptional guest service while driving financial performance. Builds and maintains staff development, sets performance goals, monitors service quality, and collaborates with leadership to uphold food and beverage policies and procedures. Responsible for guest satisfaction, staff mentorship, and operational efficiency across restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
