Job Summary
Lead Chili's restaurant operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include modeling and enforcing operational and quality standards, identifying root causes and promoting accountability, fostering open communication between team members and management, championing restaurant initiatives, driving business results through cost controls and use of Chili's systems, following the Manager Timeline and conducting quality Line Checks, hiring/training/retaining and developing Team Members for larger roles, and driving guest engagement while building community relationships; ensure safe food handling and embody Chili's Culture and Beliefs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong guest-service orientation
- Ability to hire, train, and develop team members
- Ability to manage costs and drive financial performance
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
