Job Summary
As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you8l combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. Our role involves leading store operations across front- and back-of-house, supporting a culture of hospitality, and coaching a team to uphold Cracker Barrel6s service standards. You8ll be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative environment with your team. Requirements include 2+ years of restaurant management experience, the ability and willingness to work 50 hours/week (five 10-hour shifts), availability to work holidays and weekends, a valid driver6s license, and fluency in English.
