Job Summary
As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You will execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities, lead a team, and provide care, guidance, and support to your staff, supported by home office resources. The role emphasizes leadership, hospitality, and a strong daily presence to ensure warm, consistent service and a positive workplace, with opportunities for development, merit-based advancement, and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
