Job Summary
As Cracker Barrel’s Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service, coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional hospitality. You’ll balance operational focus with people-first leadership, oversee inventory, and set the example to ensure guests feel valued and engaged. You’ll thrive under busy shifts, stay calm under pressure, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability to consistently deliver the country-hospitality experience Cracker Barrel is known for.
Required Qualifications
- Has 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends
