Job Summary
As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll blend people leadership with restaurant management to deliver outstanding guest and team experiences while driving business results. You’ll oversee all store operations, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities, and work with home office support to empower your team. This role emphasizes hospitality, care for guests and employees, and opportunities for growth, with a strong focus on leadership, staffing, operations, and delivering Cracker Barrel’s signature warm hospitality across shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
