Restaurant Manager

Oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury and Forbes standards, and lead, train, and supervise service teams to maintain high performance. Monitor service quality, staff grooming, and operational excellence while managing budgets, cost control, inventory, and revenue performance. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow, and develop strategies to increase sales, brand presence, and guest loyalty. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. We seek a candidate with a strong background in 4 or 5-star hotels or luxury dining outlets, with Forbes experience and Arab nationality highly preferred.
