Job Summary
Delivering a phenomenal guest experience by leading and inspiring the team with a people-first mentality; build a hospitality-focused team, drive operational excellence, and develop top talent to grow the business. Responsible for profitability, guest counts, and P&L, including forecasting, labor expenditure management, budgeting, and variance analysis. Communicate effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management; ensure sanitation and safety standards are maintained. This role requires strong leadership, execution, and a passion for hospitality and service, with a focus on cross-training and staff development to drive growth. Training and developing staff, maintaining high service standards, and achieving financial objectives are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, faced paced restaurant.
