Job Summary
Deliver a phenomenal guest experience by leading and inspiring the team with a people-first mentality. Build a team around hospitality and culinary execution, fostering career growth and cross-training to drive business forward. Manage the P&L for the restaurant by forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion controls, and analyzing variances to meet financial objectives. Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing and complying with sanitation standards. Requires minimum two years of FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Full eight-week training program provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, faced paced restaurant
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
- Passionate about execution, hospitality and service
- Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to stoop, bend or kneel
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
