Job Summary
Delivering a phenomenal guest experience by leading and inspiring a hospitality-driven team. Build a culture around hospitality and culinary execution, develop top talent, and drive business forward through staff development and cross-training. Responsibilities include building sales, profitability, and guest counts; managing the restaurant P&L; forecasting and adjusting labor expenditures; budgeting and variance analysis; maintaining sanitation standards; and effectively communicating with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Physical and environmental demands include exposure to computer terminals, a moderate noise level and temperature, and the ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
