Job Summary
Supervise the F & B outlet and designated shift, administering operational goals while monitoring profit objectives and labor costs. Create efficient schedules that meet staffing targets and maintain guest satisfaction. Actively promote superior customer service in accordance with company standards. Resolve conflicts with guests, staff, and colleagues diplomatically. Work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Fleixible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime as business needs dictate
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and general public
