Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, forecast outlet needs, and ensure high-quality dining experiences through continuous staff training and open communication with support departments. Conduct daily walk-throughs of the physical plant, review monthly P&L financial reports, and maintain accurate inventories of supplies and equipment. Schedule staff, perform performance reviews, interview for hiring, and handle terminations while coaching employees on guest service principles, TIPS alcohol awareness, and sanitation best practices. Master point of sale, requisitioning, and time and attendance systems; perform table visitations with guests and communicate shift information via the Log Book. Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort positively and uphold the RICH philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years experience in Hospitality/Restaurant management or similar environment
- Must have excellent guest service skills

- intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, policies and procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to calculate food, beverage, and labor costs as a percentage of revenue
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to handle and resolve problems involving guests and staff members in a calm manner
- Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License
- Attain ServSafe Food Manager certification and TIPS responsible beverage service certification within 90 days of hire
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds
