Job Summary
Manage a $1+ million dollar business by delivering our Customer Promise through overseeing human resources, operational, and financial objectives. Lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating guest courtesy skills and multitasking abilities. Build and train staff to uphold our standards of excellence. This role requires at least two years of supervisory restaurant experience and open work availability. We offer competitive salary, profit share, and monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant work experience in a supervisory position
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience in team building and training
- Excellent communication skills
- Open / flexible work availability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
