Job Summary
Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a casual dining environment, overseeing seating, guest interactions, and daily service flow; ensure health and safety compliance, cash handling, and coordination with the kitchen to deliver timely, high-quality dining experiences; train, coach, and develop team members to uphold service excellence and a positive work culture; resolve guest concerns professionally and drive guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership
