Job Summary
Oversee operations of a Taco Bell unit as Restaurant General Manager, providing leadership and direct supervision to ensure a clean, hospitable, accurate, and efficient restaurant. Responsibilities include managing costs (food, labor, cash), driving sales growth through speed of service and food quality, maintaining staffing levels, conducting performance appraisals, hiring crew and management staff, coaching and training the team to meet certification and performance standards, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring compliance with laws, and taking corrective action to ensure guest satisfaction. The role also involves training and developing the team, handling guest concerns to foster repeat business, managing daily operations such as cash handling, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with area coaches to review operating results and drive improvements. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent guest service across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts
- Desire to develop their team and continue development
