Job Summary
Oversee daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations to deliver superior service, maximize customer satisfaction, and ensure efficiency. Lead and develop staff, forecast needs and manage labor against sales, ensure sanitation and safety compliance, monitor quality, control costs, and produce weekly/monthly/annual revenue and expense reports. Promote the brand and engage with the local community to create remarkable guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like and Reporting and Analytics, Hot Schedules and more
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
