Job Summary

Restaurant Manager at Bottleneck Management opening Summer 2026. Lead and support the General Manager in staffing, development, and driving location performance. Set professionalism and hospitality tone, coach staff, foster inclusion, and maintain guest-first service culture. Responsible for financial oversight including sales growth, cost controls, and budgeting, reviewing manager reports, and leveraging forecasting to meet operational goals. Manage and optimize operations across POS, HRIS, scheduling, and guest services systems (OpenTable, Avero, gift card processing). Maintain Bottleneck standards, train and develop team members, and ensure timely execution of initiatives while upholding equal opportunity employment and a safe, inclusive work environment. Hours are Monday–Friday with variable times; heavy emphasis on leadership, staff development, and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, scheduling, invoice processing and planning
  • Experience with training and development of staff
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
