Job Summary
Restaurant Manager role in Boston, MA leading Butler Hospitality’s food & beverage operations for partner hotels. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating, and communicating with staff to deliver first-class service with accountability; managing facilities and equipment; ensuring high quality food preparation and service; promoting Butler brand through a positive work environment; implementing training and feedback mechanisms to maintain service standards; evaluating employee performance and implementing rewards; producing regular and special reports; proposing staff changes; managing vacation requests and absences; collaborating with other departments to enhance feedback and cross-training; flexibility to work any shift and long hours when necessary. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years F&B experience with 2 years in leadership, professional appearance, and experience in fast-paced environments.
