Restaurant Manager

Execute all company policies, procedures, and systems to support daily restaurant operations and staff. Recruit, interview, train, and direct employees while coaching team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Build sales by championing marketing programs, suggestive selling, and maximizing table turnover. Meet and greet guests, resolving food quality and service issues while maintaining efficient operations and cost controls. Enforce OSHA, health, and safety codes to ensure a secure environment for guests and crew. Control labor and food costs through inventory management and effective scheduling. Assist with category duties as needed and perform all other assigned tasks.
