Job Summary
Bartaco is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver memorable guest experiences, and coach a hospitality-focused team. You will oversee service flow, set and uphold bartaco’s standards, train and develop hourly staff, manage scheduling, and collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure quality. The role requires leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support a high-energy guest-centric environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of restaurant experience
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience mentoring and training hourly team members

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bring an energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift
