Job Summary
As a Manager at bartaco, you’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences by coaching, developing, and inspiring staff; oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service; align with bartaco’s touchstones and standards; and drive performance through scheduling, training, and continuous improvement. You’ll emphasize guest-centric hospitality, teamwork, clear communication, and problem-solving to maintain high food and beverage quality, while fostering a growth-oriented, energetic, and inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of restaurant experience
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to tolerate long periods standing
- Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
