Restaurant Manager - Bar

Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property while managing perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, and costs. Monitor adherence to all local, state, and Federal liquor laws, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and procedures. Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives, train staff on control policies, and develop menus and promotions as necessary. Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels, responding effectively to problems and complaints. Support a departmental orientation program, participate in corrective action plans, and review comment cards with employees to drive continuous improvement. Manage controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
