Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Baobab Lounge and restaurant, supervising service staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing peak meal periods. Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback forms and direct guest interactions, while participating in monthly beverage and quarterly china/silverware inventories. Assist in revenue and expense forecasting, estimate beverage consumption, and implement promotional plans to drive business and host local events. Interview, train, and coach Grand Performers, ensuring compliance with all food and beverage policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related training equivalent
- Minimum of 5 experience in Front of House, fine dining Food & Beverage operations
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title
- Experience within luxury brand/markets

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
