Job Summary
Lead and manage daily restaurant and clubhouse dining operations to ensure exceptional service and seamless execution. Supervise front-of-house staff, coach on service standards, and participate in recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll management. Oversee dining service during hours, maintain food safety and sanitation, manage inventory and waste reduction, and utilize POS systems for reporting. Develop and manage food and beverage budgets, collaborate with members to plan weddings and catered events, create promotions to drive sales, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
