Restaurant Manager

Manage overall operations and service of meals across all dining venues, including hiring, training, and performance management of wait staff. Provide high levels of customer service to create a restaurant-style dining atmosphere while reviewing daily menus and orienting new residents. Uphold quality standards by maintaining clean dining rooms, ensuring proper dish handling, and verifying table setups. Conduct pre-meal stand-up meetings, lead resident Food for Thought meetings, and communicate resident feedback to culinary leadership. Manage schedules based on resident census, control budgets for supplies and payroll, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals while maintaining accurate food order communication to minimize waste.
