Job Summary
Manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure a quality guest experience, including hiring, training, and developing employees across service, etiquette, and food and beverage knowledge. Oversee weekly scheduling, handle reconciliation, invoicing, and inventory, and maintain operational standards in this Providence riverside seafood establishment. Work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishment
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
