Job Summary
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences while managing budgets, monitoring performance, and implementing cost-control measures. Support team development through training and performance management to foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale, and collaboration. Drive guest satisfaction and ensure high standards and financial performance across the restaurant. This full-time role involves 150 contracted hours per 4-week period, with shifts predominantly scheduled during the afternoons and evenings, including weekends.
