Job Summary
Restaurant Manager for all-day dining in Hong Kong SAR leads a front-of-house team, drives guest satisfaction during high-volume services, analyzes guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement, collaborates with the culinary team on seasonal, story-driven menus, ensures consistent service standards and guest touchpoints, and supports recruitment, training, and performance development of the service team.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in managing all day dining or high volume restaurants
- A bachelor’s degree in in hospitality management, restaurants, culinary management or equivalent
- A holder of local Hygiene Manager Certificate and/or Food Safety and Hygiene certification
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Good planning, organising and problem solving skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and lead by example
- Passion for storytelling through food and service
- Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle hotel standards is a plus
- Excellent command in English speaking and writing; speaking Chinese and/or other languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
