Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Accor responsible for achieving monthly forecasted F&B revenue, controlling operating expenses, maintaining service standards, and managing staff performance. Responsibilities include assigning subordinates, coaching, ensuring par stocks, conducting regular inventory checks with Stewarding, coordinating with Kitchen and Beverage teams, handling guest inquiries, building guest history, overseeing cashiering procedures, ensuring supervisory presence, analyzing market needs and trends with senior leadership, reviewing menus and creating beverage specials, and developing and implementing sales plans and advertising briefs. Requires 3-5 years in a 5-star hotel, a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field, strong networking and leadership abilities, English fluency, team-building capability, and a track record of high performance in a luxury hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a 5 star hotel in similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong networking skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Experience in building a strong team culture
- A record of high performance and achievement.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to relate to all levels in the organization, ability to work under pressure.
- Has strong experience in hotel, good communication skills.
