Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations at Biaggi’s, including staffing, training, hospitality standards, food and beverage service quality, scheduling, inventory, cost controls, guest issue resolution, and enforcing company policies. Requires 2+ years ofDining Room Manager experience in a table-service setting, Food Safety and Sanitation certification, Alcohol Training certification, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel for management training (35-45 days) and flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays; expects 45-55 hour work weeks and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dining Room Manager in a table-service restaurant
- Current Food Safety and Sanitation certification
- Current Alcohol Training certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications

- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
