Job Summary
Manage overall restaurant operations and build teams that deliver excellent customer service. Recruit, select, train, and develop employees while utilizing management tools to analyze operational and financial performance. Demonstrate a passion for the business by serving as a role model who motivates staff and maintains high standards for food quality and safety. Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities while overseeing hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, and scheduling decisions. Requires 3+ years of experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility, effective English communication, and the ability to lift 10-65 lbs. Must work a flexible schedule.
