Job Summary
Manage overall restaurant operations and build teams delivering excellent customer service. Recruit, select, train, and develop employees while utilizing management tools to analyze financial performance. Demonstrate a passion for the business, serve as a role model to motivate staff, and maintain strict awareness of food quality and safety. Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities. Requires 3+ years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility, effective English communication, and ability to lift 10-65 lbs. Must be at least 18 years old and willing to work a flexible schedule.
