Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations including adherence to guest service standards, implementing training programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and tracking financial performance. Key duties include recruiting staff, conducting performance reviews, maintaining operational compliance, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant, along with a high school diploma and relevant food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field helpful
Additional Requirements
- District Managers and ASLs with positions requiring significant business driving must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR)
