Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager in supervising outlet operations and service standards to meet and exceed guest dining experiences. Lead in absence of GM as the ambassador of the restaurant, drive operational excellence, staffing, training, and revenue targets, and maintain brand standards across guest-facing activities. Key focus areas include creating a memorable F&B destination, driving cost controls and menu pricing, establishing SOPs, staff development, marketing and revenue planning, safety and hygiene, and collaboration with Culinary, Events, and Service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the hotel and/or free-standing restaurant environment
- Minimum 2 years Michelin Starred restaurant experience
- Minimum 1-year F&B managerial experience
- Attention to details and thrives in a high-quality operation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Forbes 5 stars and LQA experience is preferred
- Detailed knowledge of fine dining cuisine and culinary trends
