Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members while overseeing guest experience and resolving issues professionally. Ensure high-quality ingredients and food preparation standards are met throughout operations. Train and manage front-of house personnel, create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs, and adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill. Provide guests with a memorable dining experience by upholding our Core Values of Consistency, Collaboration, Respect, Integrity, and Excellence/Success.
