Job Summary
Hands-on Front-of-House leadership role managing daily service execution, floor leadership, and guest experience in a chef-driven French-Italian fine-dining restaurant on Shelter Island. Oversees FOH operations, staffing flow, and operational consistency while actively working on the floor during lunch and dinner service. Requires leading calmly during peak service, maintaining polished hospitality standards, coaching the FOH team, communicating clearly with guests and staff, staying organized under pressure, and ensuring a professional and respectful service environment. Travel/seasonal relocation for May–October is expected; 40-hour weekly schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season. 2+ years of restaurant management, fine dining experience, strong communication, and leadership are required; food safety knowledge or certification preferred. Authorized to work in the United States. Free housing provided nearby; Hamptons seasonal opportunity with true 40-hour management schedule.
