Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, manage staff scheduling and training, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supplier deliveries. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and service quality. This role requires proven experience in the food service industry, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in restaurant management software. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, pass pre-employment drug screening, and provide current TB clearance and HepA vaccination.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry
