Job Summary
Maintain and repair core kitchen equipment including broilers, fryers, refrigeration, and ice machines while troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and minor plumbing issues. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance routines, uphold interior and exterior facilities, and coordinate with vendors for major repairs. Support inspection readiness for health, safety, and brand standards by communicating clearly with General Managers on equipment status and priorities. Requires high school diploma, 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Available for early morning or off-hours maintenance as needed. Required Qualifications
